Healing Out Loud's personal or group breathwork sessions combined with sound healing is the perfect meditation, to relieve depression, stress and anxiety. This is a sober experience that uses only your breath to create a psychedelic healing experience. The session will begin with a brief calming meditation leading you into a guided active breathwork and ending with a beautiful tranquil savasana. The breathwork session is done to specifically curated music selection to give you an overall experience.  The personal guidance will help release stuck emotions, and activate dormant energy leading to peace, balance and healing. Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to calm the nervous system, release stored emotions, and create space for clarity. With guidance to use a rhythmic breathing pattern, you will activate your body's ability to regulate stress, restore balance, tap into your self-awareness and access deep healing. The session will end with a beautiful sound bath to restore harmony in the mind and body. Sound works in beautiful harmony with the guided breathwork to promote healing and inner peace.
