Personal Somatic Breathwork & Sound Bath

Healing Out Loud's personal breathwork sessions combined with sound healing is the perfect meditation, to relieve depression, stress and anxiety. This is a sober experience that uses only your breath to create a psychedelic healing experience. The session will begin with a brief calming meditation leading you into a guided active breathwork and ending with a beautiful tranquil savasana. The personal guidance will help release stuck emotions, and activate dormant energy leading to peace, balance and healing. Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to calm the nervous system, release stored emotions, and create space for clarity. With guidance to use a rhythmic breathing pattern, you will activate your body's ability to regulate stress, restore balance, tap into your self-awareness and access deep healing. The session will end with a beautiful sound bath to restore harmony in the mind and body. Sound works in beautiful harmony with the guided breathwork to promote healing and inner peace. This breathwork style is NOT meant for persons with epilepsy or a family history of seizures. If pregnant, please consult with your doctor prior to breathwork.

Couples Breathwork & Sound Healing

Healing Out Loud's couple's breathing session is extremely healing. The intentional breathing and sound bath session will fortify emotional intimacy and understanding. Regular sessions will move partners into a harmonious connection through the synchronization of breaths, heartbeats, and physiological states. The sessions will help heal, encourage forgiveness, and deepen the emotional and spiritual bond. Regular incorporation of breathwork can transform your relationship dynamics by fostering mindfulness, gratitude, stress reduction, and stronger communication. Breathe together and heal! This breathwork style is NOT meant for persons with epilepsy or a family history of seizures. If pregnant, please consult with your doctor prior to breathwork.

Group Breathwork & Sound Healing
Location: Client will provide venue/location TBD
Find peace and clarity in a guided somatic healing meditation for a minimum group of 10 people.
Healing Out Loud's group breathwork combined with sound bowl healing sessions are perfect for meditation, relieving stress and anxiety, increasing nitric oxide in the body, toning the vagus nerve, boosting the immune system, and bringing in balance, and clarity. Nitric oxide production is essential for overall health because it allows blood, nutrients, and oxygen to travel to every part of your body effectively and efficiently. The vagus nerve helps regulate internal organ functions, aids in digestion, heart rate, and has anti-inflammatory benefits. The breathwork session is an active meditation and is not recommended for someone that's pregnant unless cleared by their doctor. The sound bowl ceremony is a still meditation session and will include crystal singing bowls, chimes, and several sound healing instruments. The session will be a beautifully guided meditation that includes targeting and balancing each participant's chakras. Essential chakra oils will be provided to target each chakra that leads to holistic healing on a physical and emotional level. Consistency in engaging in chakra work and healing meditation will lead to a calmer mind and overall improved health. This breathwork style is NOT meant for persons with epilepsy or a family history of seizures. Minimum participants for a group session is 10. Venue can be indoors/outdoors. Each participant should provide their own yoga mat. Healing Out Loud will provide eye pillows.

Our somatic healing breathwork sessions are an active meditation and is not recommended for someone that's pregnant unless cleared by their doctor. This breathwork style is NOT meant for persons with epilepsy or a family history of seizures. Our group sessions are a trauma informed practice led with certified guided breathwork for a healing emotional experience. Healing Out Loud's breathwork guidance helps relieve stress and anxiety with an all-natural non-substance based "sober" breathing practice. Minimum Group Session is for 10 people. Venue can be indoors/outdoors. Each participant is required to bring their own yoga mat and pillow. Eye pillows will be provided.

Mindfulness vs. Meditation 101 Workshop
Zoom Webinar- Most people use mindfulness/meditation interchangeably, however, they are different, learn how!
Learn the differences and benefits of mindfulness and meditation and how they are distinctly different but may work together. Healing Out Loud will provide an interactive virtual session that goes over in depth definitions, mindfulness and meditation benefits and techniques and beginner's exercises. You will leave this session with a true understanding of both practices and why you should start today! If you have already started, you will have a better understanding of each and new practices on more effective techniques.
