What to expect?

Somatic Breathwork combined with Sound Healing is a Meditative Practice. This should be a sober experience that uses only your breath to create a psychedelic situation. We will begin the session on yoga mats with a brief calming meditation leading you into the guided active breathwork and ending with a tranquil savasana. Our breathwork session is done to a specially curated music selection to give you an overall experience. Breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to calm the nervous system and release stored emotions. Tonia Lott will guide you with a rhythmic breathing pattern, this will activate your body's ability to regulate stress and restore balance to cultivate a calm mind.
