Mini 3-Hour Retreat - Please bring your own yoga mat. We will begin with a forgiveness workshop seated poolside on your yoga mat. We will then transition into our Breathwork Session lying comfortably on your mat. Next we will relax and receive heling vibrations while while enjoying the pool.

Several floats will be available for fun and relaxation, however participants will NOT be provided with individual floating rafts during the sound bath. Thank you!
